After placing your order request, you will receive an email to schedule your curbside pickup at our Rockport office for a Tuesday afternoon at 4pm.

Proceeds from our retail beef sales support our program to supply beef to local food pantries.

All cuts are Cryovac packed which will last in your freezer for about a year. The minimum order amount is $50.

Order total must be $50 or more.

Ground Beef ($8 per pack)

Select your number of packs. Minimum of 10 packs. Each pack is approximately 1 lb.
Order limit: 100 packs

Sweet Ground Italian Sausage ($9 per pack)

Select your number of packs. Each pack is approximately 1 lb.
Order limit: 50

Tenderloin Steaks ($24 per pound)

Select your number of packs. Each pack is approximately 1 pound and contains 2 to 3 steaks.
Order limit: 4 packs

Whole Tenderloin Roast ($24 per pound)

Select your number of roasts. Each roast is between 2.5 to 3.5 pounds.
Order limit: 2 roasts

Quarter - OUT OF STOCK

Comes in 2 boxes. Beef is priced at $5.00/lb on the hanging weight (bone in) of the animal at the time it is processed. The cost is approximately $8 to $9 per pound of meat. Hanging weights of individual animals have typically ranged from 525 to 610 lbs. Based on that range of weights, quarters may cost between $656.25 to $762.50. Naturally, larger quarters typically provide more cuts!

Beef Bones for Dogs ($1.50 per pound) - OUT OF STOCK

Sold by the bag at $1.50/lb. Bags weigh between 16 to 20 lbs. each
