We produce all-natural pasture-raised, grain-finished Belted Galloway Beef. Proceeds from our beef sales allow us to supply ground beef to area hunger-relief agencies.
Welcome Center Location & Hours
Beef is available to purchase from Aldermere’s self-serve beef freezer inside the Welcome Center located beside the Aldermere farmhouse at 20 Russell Ave in Rockport. There is a pull-off for parking on the same side of the street. We accept cash and checks made payable to “Aldermere Farm”.
All-Natural, Pasture-Raised, Grain-Finished
Aldermere Belties are all raised on pasture and hay, then finished on grain. The habitat at Aldermere makes for happy cows and high quality beef.
Not Fed Antibiotics, No Growth Hormones
Our cattle are raised using valued “All Natural” practices, which include no fed antibiotics or added growth hormones, and are raised on our high quality pastures and finished with grain supplementation.
Beltie Beef: Lean Yet Tender.
In a nutritional analysis, Ribeye steaks from Aldermere cattle were found to have fewer calories and saturated fats compared to the USDA standard for ribeyes, but more protein, calcium, and iron. Moreover, Aldermere beef had eleven times the “conjugated linoleic acid”- and CLA is gaining reputation in the medical community as one of the premier “good fatty acids.”
New York Times food writer Heidi Julavits, upon biting into an Aldermere Beltie burger, dubbed it one of, “the most sublime hamburgers we’ve ever consumed. We have to eat leaning over our plates to keep the maximally beefy drippings from running down our wrists.”

Ground Beef
Ground beef is available in bulk quantities of ten (10) packs or more for $8 per pack. Each pack is approximately 1 lb.
Tenderloin Steaks
Tenderloin steaks are available in packs of 3 to 4 steaks. Each pack is approximately 1 lb. and costs $24 per pound.
Ground Sausage
Ground sweet Italian sausage and ground breakfast sausage are occasionally available for $9 per pack. Each pack is approximately 1 lb.
Beef Bones for Dogs
Beef bones for dogs are available in 5-lb. to 10-lb. bags for $1.50 per pound.
