Sap-to-Syrup

2021 Schedule: 3:00-4:30 PM on Wednesdays during the month of March

In keeping with health officials’ recommendations, face masks are required, and space is limited so appropriate social distancing can be maintained. Participants must dress for being outside for an extended period in the cold and are required to wear face masks. Please note, we do not have public restrooms.

Registrations are processed on a first come first served basis. Completing this form does not guarantee a spot in the program. You will be notified via email if there is a space for you to join the sessions you select.

This program is free for every participant thanks to generous support from donors.

All sessions are currently full. You may register below to be added to a wait list. You will be contacted via email if a space becomes available for you.

Volunteering

We are looking for a few able-bodied volunteers to assist with cleaning buckets for sap, tapping trees, hauling buckets of sap, splitting firewood, running the evaporator, and more. If you’d like to get a more in-depth, hands-on experience in the syrup-making process, this is your opportunity!
